About fifteen contributions through GoFundMe and other means — for which I'm very grateful — made it possible to reach the €800 I had asked for to move forward with the renovation of the portal www.portugal1939-1945.org.

I can now say that the update process is already under way. Last week the first instalment of €688.80 was paid, which corresponds to around 70% of the total value of the contract with the company that took on the service.

The remainder will be paid once the new portal is ready, which should happen around the end of September or the beginning of October.

A very big THANK YOU to everyone who made this possible.
