Guy Alfred Machado was a volunteer lieutenant in the Straits Settlements Volunteer Force from Singapore.

Born on 5 November 1907 in Singapore, he was son of a Portuguese-descendant mother, Katherine Machado.

During the Japanese conquest he was captured and it is known that he survived captivity.
